It's been a busy weekend, so I haven't had time to post. Here's a link to a triathlon I did last weekend. It was lots of fun and I was only slightly sore for a couple of days afterwards.

How very cool!! I know that road from Silver Creek to the highway VERY well, lol. Your run ended at the old George Robison homestead (house burned down in the early 1940s I think but old log buildings survive). I've gone swimming in Silver Creek but never swam all the way across.
